Why You Still Don't Feel Like Yourself

A Physician + Midwife Conversation on Fertility, Mood, and Motherhood

Tuesday, May 19, 2026 @ 6:00 – 7:30 pm

Limited space: Only 8 seats available

Who this is for

This evening is designed for women who:

  • Are preparing for pregnancy, trying to conceive, or recovering from a loss
  • Are months or years postpartum and still don't feel like themselves
  • Have struggled with cycle changes, PMS, brain fog, mood changes, fatigue, digestive issues, weight challenges, or hair loss
  • Have been told your symptoms are normal — but suspect something deeper is going on
  • Want a clinical, integrative perspective on hormones, fertility, and recovery

If you're tired of fragmented advice and want a real conversation grounded in physiology and clinical experience, you're in the right place.

What you'll leave with

By the end of the evening, you’ll have:

  • A clearer understanding of why symptoms like fatigue, mood changes, PMS, brain fog, and cycle irregularities are often connected
  • Insight into how progesterone, stress physiology, and ovulation influence mood, fertility, and recovery
  • Specific lab panels worth discussing with your doctor when standard testing has not provided answers
  • A practical framework for supporting hormones, resilience, and recovery through fertility, postpartum, and beyond
  • The relief of realizing you are not alone — and not imagining this

Because this is intentionally designed to be intimate and conversational, attendance is limited to just 8 women.
