Conditions We Support

Many of our patients don’t just have one symptom — or one diagnosis.

Pelvic pain overlaps with fatigue and anxiety. Hormone symptoms overlap with digestive symptoms and blood sugar imbalance. Dizziness overlaps with inflammation, headaches, or feeling physically depleted.

Traditional medicine often separates these symptoms into different specialties.

We look at how they connect — and support the whole-body patterns contributing to how you feel.

Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain

Endometriosis is often thought of as a condition isolated to the pelvis. But for many, the experience extends far beyond painful periods alone.

Pelvic pain may overlap with:

  • fatigue,
  • inflammation,
  • digestive symptoms,
  • headaches,
  • nervous system sensitivity,
  • dizziness,
  • mood changes,
  • pain with exercise or intimacy,
  • or bodies that feel increasingly reactive and difficult to predict.

Many women with endometriosis also experience overlapping conditions involving immune function, inflammation, hormones, autonomic nervous system function, hypermobility, or mast cell activation.

I do not surgically treat endometriosis. Instead, my role is to support the whole-body patterns that often accompany it — including inflammation, recovery capacity, hormone health, nervous system regulation, sleep, nutrition, and metabolic function.

This work is often done collaboratively alongside gynecologists, pelvic floor physical therapists, primary care doctors, and other specialists.

Hormone and Cycle Concerns

Cycles are not just about fertility.

They reflect communication between the brain, ovaries, metabolism, stress physiology, immune system, sleep, and nutrient status.

Women may seek support for:

  • irregular or painful cycles,
  • PMOS/PCOS,
  • PMS or PMDD symptoms,
  • ovulatory dysfunction,
  • perimenopause,
  • hormone-related headaches,
  • acne or hair changes,
  • mood changes,
  • or symptoms that fluctuate significantly across the cycle.

Healthy cycles are not just about fertility. They are a vital sign and one of the clearest reflections of overall health and how well the body is functioning.

The goal is not simply “balancing hormones,” but helping women build healthier hormonal rhythms while improving energy, mood, recovery capacity, and long-term health overall.

Fatigue, Brain Fog, and Nervous System Symptoms

Many are told they are simply stressed, busy, anxious, or burned out.

But persistent fatigue, dizziness, headaches, exercise intolerance, sleep disruption, brain fog, and nervous system symptoms are often deeply physiologic experiences.

These symptoms may overlap with:

  • inflammation,
  • hormone changes,
  • autonomic dysfunction,
  • nutrient deficiencies,
  • immune activation,
  • metabolic dysfunction,
  • postpartum depletion,
  • chronic stress physiology,
  • or periods of prolonged physiologic overwhelm.

The goal of care is not simply to push through symptoms, but to help women feel stronger, clearer, more resilient, and better able to fully participate in their lives again.

MCAS, Inflammation, and Immune Reactivity

Some people begin noticing that their body feels increasingly sensitive or reactive over time.

They may experience:

  • flushing,
  • itching,
  • hives,
  • food sensitivities,
  • digestive symptoms,
  • headaches,
  • dizziness,
  • palpitations,
  • anxiety,
  • worsening symptoms around their cycle,
  • or symptoms that seem unpredictable and difficult to explain.

For some, these patterns overlap with mast cell activation, nervous system dysregulation, hypermobility, chronic inflammation, or hormone-related changes.

My role is to help evaluate the broader physiologic picture contributing to these patterns and support the systems that influence immune stability, inflammation, recovery, and nervous system regulation — so women can feel less reactive, more resilient, and better able to trust their body again.

POTS and Autonomic Symptoms

Women with autonomic dysfunction are often high-functioning until their body reaches a point where it can no longer compensate the same way it once did.

Symptoms may include:

  • dizziness,
  • palpitations,
  • exercise intolerance,
  • fatigue,
  • temperature sensitivity,
  • brain fog,
  • digestive symptoms,
  • headaches,
  • shakiness,
  • or feeling physically depleted after relatively small demands.

These symptoms often overlap with:

  • hormone changes,
  • inflammation,
  • hypermobility,
  • post-viral illness,
  • nutrient depletion,
  • sleep disruption,
  • mast cell activation,
  • or prolonged stress physiology.

Care focuses on supporting nervous system regulation, recovery capacity, metabolic stability, hydration, sleep, movement tolerance, and whole-body resilience — helping women feel steadier, stronger, and less limited by their symptoms over time.

Autoimmune and Inflammatory Concerns

Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions disproportionally affect women — many of which fluctuate with stress, hormones, sleep, pregnancy, postpartum, infections, or periods of physiologic strain.

Women may seek support for:

  • Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,
  • inflammatory symptoms,
  • persistent or recurrent pain,
  • fatigue,
  • brain fog,
  • digestive symptoms,
  • or bodies that feel inflamed or reactive.

Care focuses on understanding the broader physiologic patterns influencing inflammation and supporting long-term stability through nutrition, sleep, metabolic health, nervous system regulation, recovery, and evidence-informed medical care — helping our patients feel less inflamed, more resilient, and better able to function fully in daily life.

Fertility, Preconception, and Pregnancy Loss

Fertility reflects far more than reproductive hormones alone.

Ovulation, implantation, pregnancy health, and recovery are all influenced by:

  • Inflammation and immune function,
  • metabolism,
  • thyroid function,
  • nutrient status,
  • sleep,
  • stress physiology,
  • and overall physiologic resilience.

Women may seek support while:

  • preparing for pregnancy,
  • recovering after miscarriage or pregnancy loss,
  • navigating cycle irregularity,
  • trying to better understand hormone patterns,
  • or rebuilding health after years of depletion or physiologic stress.

The goal is to help our patients feel stronger, more stable, and better supported through some of the body’s biggest physiologic transitions.

Functional Maternity Care

Pregnancy and postpartum recovery are some of the most physiologically demanding transitions a woman’s body will experience.

And yet many women are expected to navigate them while exhausted, undernourished, inflamed, overwhelmed, sleep deprived, or already struggling with overlapping health concerns.

Functional maternity care takes a more connected approach to supporting women before, during, and after pregnancy.

Rather than looking at fertility, pregnancy symptoms, postpartum recovery, hormones, mental health, metabolism, inflammation, and nervous system function separately, this approach recognizes how deeply interconnected these systems are throughout the motherhood years.

Care may include support for:

  • Preconception preparation and fertility health
  • Pregnancy wellness and recovery capacity
  • Recurrent pregnancy loss
  • Postpartum depletion and recovery
  • Hormone, metabolic, thyroid, and inflammatory health
  • Nervous system regulation, sleep, and stress physiology
  • Building long-term resilience through the transition into motherhood

The goal is not simply a healthy pregnancy, but helping women feel stronger, more supported, and more resilient through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the years beyond.

A More Cohesive Approach

Many women spend years trying to piece their health together alone.

Trying diets, supplements, exercise routines, the latest devices, medications that dampen symptoms, or advice they found online — while still feeling like they are missing part of the picture.

Our work is about stepping back, looking at how symptoms connect across systems, and helping women build the stability, resilience, and recovery capacity their body needs to function well again.

Now it's your turn.
